Ah I hate TOS - so much reading.. 99% of which I don't understand :p

I know youtube and google vids - they don't allow you to embed on commercial sites, what does http://www.dailymotion.com say about that?

Anyone know off the top of their head?

Any websites out there that allow you to embed videos on a commercial site? :)

I'm not going to tell you to ignore their TOS if it bothers you but there are reasons that is included and it's not so you can't post a video on any site on the entire internet. YouTube had a fit when myspace banned them, do you consider myspace a commercial site? They want their videos everywhere but when they get in a pickle they also want their ironclad TOS to bail them out.

    Cheers

When these kinds of sites actually generate and give you the EMBED code for myspace, blogs and forums, its going to be kinda hard to defend their TOS in court. Thats sorta like entrapment

Not really when in their TOS it states it's only for use on non-commercial sites, you just have to read it.

    Definately illegal to embed.
You can't even link to dm in US without possible trouble.
