I earn through several web sites. Somedays I can get $15 or around that when the page CTR is around 2.00 - last couple days it has been below 1. Maybe 75% total. So the thing that makes me wonder is why the CTR differs from day to day. Obviously the ads are in the right spots to earn almost $15 so when are those ads NOT IN THE RIGHT spot anymore when the CTR dips under 1%? Strange question, but help me to understand as I don't want to go in and change all the ad placent then sit with fingers crossed.....which might make things worse
Why would you expect it to be the same? You think exactly x amount of people are going to come to your site each day and click the exact same number of ads and the exact same ads will display? CTR is always going to vary.
Well, my question mainly is in regards to how can it be kept consistent? Each day make that amount? I know one guy making $100 roughly every day. That is my point . . . how to keep that amount of earnings consistent?
Pray for good luck? Most of my sites don't earn a penny with adsense and get at least 100+ UV's per day.
Well, oddly enough, they tweaked their algo today and I note my CTR is well over 1%. I am not certain if I am allowed to say what the earnings are but I am a bit surprised for a Saturday
Even I had a Good Day Today! Dont know What Algorithm They Have to Update! Why? Why Should they Update Algorithms for this? Maybe, My visitors turned to be Awsome! LOL ~ExP~
GOOD for you also XtremePHP! Way to go....I do have to say, it's strange being that this happened on a Saturday. Reason being, is mostly weekdays office workers and web surfers are bored....ha!HA!
