I am 22 year old post graduation student and like most of the working people in this busy world, i prefer coffee whenever i am feeling lazy and downed. I dont know if it does really effect internally inside me or its just some placebo effect, but it does help me out in sleepy times. usually, i consume about 2 teaspoon coffee mixed with a glass of milk, once in a week on average, but drink a lot of it in exam days. Now as my days are getting busier every normal day, i am feeling like having it daily, not just for some days like before, but on regular basis. Its like i am developing a habit for it. Now the reviews i get for coffee is not good overall. Some says its bad for health and some says its good if consumed in right quantities. So i just wanna know that is it okay to include coffee as my daily intake ?? And if yes that in what quantities. Dont suggest me to go for decaf or something as we dont have them here.
You're ok whit what you intake . BTW you're coffee is mostly effect placebo since coffee and milk nullify each other . Daily coffee usage kills the heart and vascular system.
So whats the little bit for you ?? I think it will be 1 gram of coffee per day in what i am planning to have daily.... Is this little or too much ??
I am a big coffee drinker. I know there are various assumptions about this subject. My personal experience: coffee IS good for you. People who drink 3-4 cups of coffee a day are less likely to develop kidney stones. They are less likely to suffer from Alzheimer's, since caffeine continuously stimulates your brain's neurones. They are less likely to fall asleep at a steering wheel, thus reducing the chance of getting in a car accident. They have a better concentration and can consume more information (a big plus for students!).
Like anything, moderation is the rule... well, policy. I usually have two cups in the morning, almost never in the evening. (Was never one to enjoy coffee with dessert after dinner.) But there are mornings I have none, and mornings I drink a whole pot. It does not seem to be affecting my health in any negative way.
Well we're all slowly dying anyways... but like others have said, drink in moderation and you're golden.
I understand if you want to increase your posts but please don't take shortcuts. You can instead make a sensible post here.
Well, nothing harms as long as you overdo it. Coffee ain't exception to this. However, I'd suggest you to not actually take it if possible.
It depends on the environment of your outside that daily coffee consumption good or bad for your health. In the winter, coffee doesn't effect your heath but in summer coffee really effect your health.
