Hi guys, I am facing a strange problem. I just created a new adwords account and i used a credit voucher. It is an Indian prepaid account and in INR currency. If the campaign daily budget is INR 300 or less (under $7) there is no problem. But if i indcrease the budget the keywords will show "your ad is not running, please contact us for support". If I reduce the budget the ad will start to run after 8 hours. How can I increase the budget to $25 per day? Thanks in advance.
yeap, this a strange matter, in my opinion, first you create another campaign as a back up and let it run along with your existing one. after that you should try to increase your budget and see whether it run or not, if not, click opportunities tab / ads diagnostic to view the reason.
Prepaid is always better. You can simply increase the budget by going to the respective area and change the bid for the day. That is all.
Thanks for the reply. My problem is still there. Whenever I increase the budget...it wil show "your ads are not running, please contact us for support" is it the problem with free credit???IS there any limit on free credit???
I don't know because I've never used postpay. promotional credit is not a matter. may be COUPON+POSTPAY = MATTER? may be you try to create another account in your MCC and use prepay, it's better way to use voucher.
I also can’t figure out what seems to be the problem then. I think, yes, it’s best to contact them and have a support ticket. Please keep us informed what will be the resolution then.
