My account has a daily budget of $30. It is getting exhausted by 10-15clicks daily. Does this restricted traffic affect my QS?

If you are exhausting your budget quickly and don't want to expand, I would look into time parsing your campaign throughout the day, or just limiting it to Google.com only.

One factor in the quality score (that I found), unfortunately is your daily budget related to your traffic. Ive done a few tests and found when I raised up the daily budget by 3x or 5x, I did see a noticeable increase.

Since there is no official statement how Google formulates their quality score, its best by trial and error. Like i said, try time parsing or limiting your search, or changing your match time to phrase or exact match.

I am limiting to only Google.com and as it is B2B I cant try content network also... Anyways thanks for your info. It would be great if someone give me a link to some official article regarding this. Then I can convince my client to spend more.

Thats because you found keywords which are costing you $2 per click and try getting more research into keywords.

I have managed to get clicks in Google Search for $0.02 where the actual niche even had $19 per click.

of course Google is not going to come out and say higher budget = higher quality score, they would be under fire instantly. So, there is no link to prove that other than doing your own testing. Plus, no one is going to call Google out on that to be honest.

here is a link form Google on how to (http://www.google.com/adwords/learningcenter/text/18766.html) improve your quality score. Note the part about "Changing your bids & Using keyword matching options" thats about as close to solid proof as you will get.

you can suggest to your client to increase their budget by 2x or 3x for 2-3 days and then measure the results. Keep in mind that I mean as long as your campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, etc. are already optimized.
