Daily Backup - Whats the best solution to ensure SAFETY?

Hello Masters,

I am a host provider myself, I use to host Autosurf and all kind of sites. The sites usually come under attacks and having/taking daily backups is crucial for me/clients

I am really tense, are there any Specific "Backup Providers" who could offer space/automation for daily backups of my servers?

Normally what you masters (who are experienced in this field) do to take backup daily?

Please note that the backup has size of more than 300-400 MB and I simply cannot download backups manually on my PC
