daft question?

if a DP user hs 'banned' under their name does it mean they are actually banned ie mine has 'raider' below user name

 

if they are banned then their username is in red.

Banned is not like Grunt,Peon or Tauren.
It means they did something wrong/against the rule of DP and moderators banned their account.
They can't login,can't post etc.I don't know much about what they can do or can't do because I never got banned.There are some legendary members here who get banned for many times.
I think w3bmaster is the most successful member in case of getting banned for several times
