If I was going to buy it with its' current status, I would pay low $xx

BUT, if you were to put some time into into it; design and advertising. It could hit high $xx.

 

What kind of design and advertising would I want to do, don't want to limit the possibilities for the buyer of the domain too much.

 

Just found out site has a porn link cloud and 22,231 visitors per month. Reasonable amount of traffic and links but obviously, through "interesting" means. Anyone have a clue as to how that will affect the price?

 

Domain is good and you concept is good, It should be worth $35.
