At my work we have D-Link cameras installed and my boss wants me to be able to watch the camera from my home on my laptop. I've got the link that's needed to watch it but when the page loads I get a pop-up saying "Failed to connect". My boss thinks something on my laptop is blocking it, he said something's blocking media streaming or something, I'm not sure. Can anyone help please?
Yes I do, but I've tried the camera whilst the firewall is both on and off, so I don't think it's that. And I'm using a HP Pavillion dv9000.
