    Hey,

    Few Options:
    1. You're best bet is to just push & hold the reset button on the router.
    2. If you have any config backups of the router, you can try opening them in a text editor. Some routers store the config backups in plain text, so you might be able to find the pass there (sounds stupid, but I've done it before - and it worked. lol)
    3. Ask your mum to log into it for you. Explain what you need to do, say she can log in, and that she can watch you make the changes if she wants, as it's just port forwarding. If you're trying to port forward for something she doesn't want you to do, then skip this idea... lol.
    4. UPnP. See if the program supports it. You might be in luck. For particulars, ask google.
    5. See if you can get the program to use a port thats already open/forwarded. This is a long shot, but hey... If you know port x is forwarded to IP y... Well, do the math.
    6. Proxy/VPN. Depending on what you're trying to do, you might be able to use a Proxy or a VPN to get around it. Of course, like many of these options, it greatly depends on the circumstances. You were a little vague. :)

    Hope this helps.

Put a keylogger on your mum's PC, reset the router, and wait for your mum to reset her password.

Why won't your mum let you open ports?

Well I don't know if you want to play dirty or not but I guess you could. Does she have her own user account on the computer that is password protected? If so, it is likely that (since she isn't computer savvy) it's the same password for the router login page.

There is a Windows Login Recovery software that I used before on my old laptop that worked pretty good. It only finds your login info if it's not too difficult but I'm sure it would work for her.

I can't remember exactly the name of it but you download it, put it on a CD or iso image it and load it up, boot to CD and let it run. Do some Googling ;)
