    I'm new to this forum so I just wanted to say hello. :D I'm a newb guy with few goals in my mind. One is to promote my gaming website (News,Previews,Reviews,etc) http://gamersnewsonline.com/. I'm looking for authors to help me with the contents of the site.
    I'm also looking to build a penny auction site. But I'm very low on budget (sub 100) and I am pretty newb in creating a website. I had a designer do the above gaming website for me. So I'm looking for help here and one question. I keep seeing people asking for scripts for Penny Auction sites. So when you have a script do you just upload the file to the website or something and it's done?
