Cyber Squaiting or Tradmark violation

    Lets say I am the owner of the NFL. I go to register the following domain names and I find someone already owns them. Can I get them without spending a ton of money

    NFLRedskins.com
    NFLBears.com
    ect...

    That depends on how much money you're willing to spend.

    If one of them charges you $500, then that's cheaper than spending at least
    $1,200 (not inclusive of attorney's fees) in filing a complaint with a dispute
    resolution provider who handles these things.

    Even if a company owns a federally registered trademark, someone else may still have the right to the domain name. In order to prove squatting one must give evidence that the domain has been registered and used in bad faith.
