Monday the 28th of November is, according to the National Retail Federation, the biggest day for online sales. Jagger 3 has still not rolled out and this presents itself as a major problem for etailers who partly or wholly rely on the serp's. You could only presume that this is manipulation to stimulate adwords revenue. Yahoo had it's fifth weather report on November the 13th, clearly enough time to allow sites to plan for the holiday season, (I'd expect the next major update around St. Patricks day.) If anyone had any doubt about who Google was and is now after going public. Here's your answer.
Cmon man get real will you If your working on an update for relevancy, then wouldn't you want it out and running before the busiest time of year? One thing though, ANY business that relies 1005 on organic natural search engine listings for its revenue is dicing with death . You MUST have multiple streams of traffic or else you can go into loss overnight. Many of the people who contact me have lost their rankings, and are panicking like hell. Online business is no different to offline, and you should be constantly looking at your vulnerability and how to protect yourself.
Have to ask, but erm why in your SEO encyclopedia under the 'common mis spellings', do you have 'search engine optimisation' as a mis spelling of 'search engine optimization' ? Correct me if I am wrong here, but the language being used here is ENGLISH, and the CORRECT speeling IN ENGLISH is Optimisation. The reality is of course that BOTH spellings are correct as one is American English, and the other is the correct British English spelling. I am not having a dig at you about this, but I thought I would point it out, and it is a genuine question
The old "s" for a "z" craziness from accross the lake. Maybe a more PC term for that section would be "alternate spellings" so you don't piss off those tea drinkers.
tea drinkers LOL. I was just kidding around , but there are some who might see it that way in all seriousness. . Personally I don't give a fart, as Google offers the alternative anyhow.
