    Being a four letter domain makes it have greater value. Right now it is worth mid $xx range. In time it will be worth a lot more when 4 letter domains become just as scarce as today's 3 letter domains.

    You have a good idea for the domain, with a sleek name. Develop it, and you will get higher value. :)
