Customizing "Youtube in a Box" Sites?

    I purchased the Youtube in a Box Pro which creates niche video sites. However, I have no idea how to customize it. Everything is written in PHP, not in HTML, so I'm not sure how to change simple things like the footnote.

    Looking a the source code, there is HTML, but how can I change it?
