I've decided to sell my site CustomizeYourMSN.com. It's time to move on to other things and this can be the opportunity for one lucky person to own a rock-solid website.

Story

The website its been up since 13-Jul-03. I've been the only owner of the site and have seen it grow but I've decided to move on to other projects and sell my baby.Â

Website Information

- Site has a unique custom CMS that lets you, add news, approve content, edit users, upload new content, users have their own profiles, etc.

- There are 5253 MSN Emoticons, 9801 MSN Display Pictures and over 12,000 MSN Names on the website database.
Revenue Details:

- Site makes between 1100 and 1200 USD a month.

- Revenue comes from Google Adsense, Azoogle, Vibrant Media & ValueClick.

- Website used to make a lot more money when I had Casale Media and ValueClick as default, My casale media account was suspended because I put a code bellow the fold on another site and my account over there was registered with an email I did not check. They email me to change the code but unfortunaly I never received and my account got removed. I have not yet found a decent company to use as default for valueclick.
Traffic Details:

I installed Google Analytics 2 days ago to get better detailed stats for the sale, hence the lack of days.

- Receives an average of 5k to 6k uniques a day. Site gets more traffic on Weekends and of course, School season.

- 90%, search engine traffic (fresh visitors all the time)

- Top 5 websites for most famous msn emoticon website.

- I have never had any copyright issues in the 3 years running the site. If someone owns one of the graphics submitted simply delete it once they email you.

- ValueClick website transferred to your account.
