Depends on the market. It can be developed to have a "customized option" vehicle, or even homes. Regardless of the niche, the development is what matters, and without developing, hard to find a buyer.
totally agree its harder to sell if not developed, but just kinda wanted to get a little range of value. I'm still trying to decide which way to develop it.. cuz as you said it has a few different options.. hehe..
