    I have just finished up a new web proxy - Proxy Leap. It is running a slightly modified version of CGI-Proxy. The color scheme can be changed quickly via the CSS file if it doesnt suit you. I've had alot of success with proxy websites and I will point the buyer in the direction of some good advertising methods.

    If you follow my advertising methods which involve paying about $25, you can easily achieve hundreds of uniques per day from the get-go. I doubt you'll find a similiar quality proxy website for this cheap. Posted on multiple forums, timestamp wins.
