Customized image on order form?

I'm noticing some products on Clickbank are allowed a customized image right on the orderform. Does anyone know how this is done? Or is it just something they are testing right now?

For example, if you go to http://www.kingdomofpets.com/dogobediencetraining/order.php - and follow it to the clickbank order form, you'll see that they have an image on the clickbank order form.

 

I'm also noticing that they are given a paragraph for description on the order form.

 

Nice...That's probably something new. Haven't seen that before.

 

this site has had that for a while now actually.. I hope it improves conversions.

WOW...that kind of pisses me off. Clickbank specifically states that this is not an option in their FAQ...yet obviously they are letting some people do it and not others.
