EDIT: Just to be more clear on what it is that is offered.. we more or less edit existing themes, namely...images, backgrounds, colours and fonts but not positioning and sizes for the most part. In general, the end result will have all "boxes" in the same position and of the same width. Often though, we can alter the height of things. Also, blog post layouts can sometimes be manipulated, depending on the theme.
