customize profile page of facebook with my username

    Is there any way to have my facebook profile page url with my username as a part of
    it?

    Yes sure.
    However facebook automatically prompts eligible users to change their URL to one with username, you can manually do it here

    http://www.facebook.com/username

    You need 25 fans before being able to have a username for your page

    he is asking about username of Profile page and not Fans Page. He probably registered on DP only to ask this question and now he is not logging in to see the solution :)
