I need a programmer to create me a user gallery based website. The programmer may choose to create the website from scratch or work off an open source script. To save time and money, I would prefer to work off an open source script. It must also be written in Ruby on Rails or PHP. This will be a community driven website. Users will upload pictures into specific categories and sub categories. The visitors of the site may be able to view through the category tree and view images from users of the community. They are able to read descriptions left by the original uploads and leave comments, view uploader's profile. Location Search, Visitors may search for pictures uploaded by users in a specific location.
