The IFrame its self can be resized, I've done it on my own websites to hide all the extra garbage when showing the like box when I didn't feel like using their API to create a more custom one.
yes you can customize it according to your wish. you can go to the Facebook settings and set it at auto resize or No scroll bars option. There are lots of options as you desire. thanks
