    Hi People,

I have just finished my website (you can view it by clicking on the link in my sig file). I am NOT advertising my site, but need some advice about the blog theme:

Basically, I installed a wordpress blog on my domain www.p......net/blog and want to customise the theme so that it is coherent with the style/layout/css of my website. I had an old college friend design my website for me and I have the files but dont know HOW to use the CSS/stlying he used to create the website for the wordpress blog, e.g. same colour scheme, layout, opt in form, etc.

Please help on this matter as it is becoming a sticking point. Thank you in advance.

You did it backwards. Setup WordPress on the root of the domain and use WP to run the whole site. Scrap the old HTML stuff. That way you don't pull your hair out or pay someone to create a custom theme that will need changed each time you change the HTML site.

Thanks for your comments. I think it is a little late to go back and I don't want to scrap the whole site. Is there any alternatives to what you suggested?

This can be done but you'll either have to pay a fair amount of money or simply change the current template of the site. Feel free to contact me if you want to hire an honest wordpress pro.
