    The issue here is that .site is not a domain ending that you usually see. It's obscure and unpopular. So it brings the domain name down. If it had a better domain ending like .com, .co.uk etc I could see it being used for a site selling "customer service" services to businesses or alternatively as a review site of the customer service of businesses.
