customers unable to view account info online

    This is probably something rather simple, but all of the sudden when customers enter their account information, it gives the following error.
    unable to process your request because the database "mainmenu.fp5" is not open. This is only confusing because this feature has always worked in the past. Web security is now showin 0 records.

    Load the Optigold ISP installer on your web server and run the "Web Server Installation" to get a good set of Web Security databases.
