Hello everybody, I'm about to open my new company's fb page. One of the main targets of my future page is to manage the customers support world. As long as that, i do not want my fans, at least for now, to post on the main page feed and to spam it. I'm looking for another option to let people ask questions, to let me answer them, and others to search it later (the thing is that i'm not afraid of public discussions, the opposite of that, i just do not want that support to be on my main attractive and clean page). You can just use the fanpage messages system for the customer service, is what most of the companies do and its what users normally appreciate the most from companies.
