Terrible time with Azoogle. First when they changed their site they included payment by paypal, which I immediately selected. Later on I received a check; turns out they stopped offering payments with paypal and never even botherd to tell me so thet just decided to send me a check. Nightmare to cash their checks in Mexico, so I stopped using them. But I have just received another check with my final earnings for about $450. Told them I can't cash it and need the money to be wired. Got a "yeah, I'll tell accounting about this." No reply Sent an email sking for progress on this, got a "yeah, I'll check and tell you later" Still waiting. What a lousy company.
I wasn't impressed either with them during a short stint that showed a lot of potential early on but never took off. I think there are quite a few companies enjoying growth online that I get a lot of "yeah, I'll check that and get back to you" and it just never happens.
They seem to be working nicely for me on the offers and payouts side of things. Customer service really depends on your Affiliate Manager. I hear people who talk about how much they love their AM. I'm not really feeling that, but I get by fine on my own. I switched to direct deposit in my profile and still got a check. I asked my affiliate manager to check on the 16th and see how they sent out my payment. She sent an e mail to accounting and didn't hear back for 4 days. By then, I got the check in the mail. She kept in contact during that time though, so I can't blame her. Maybe they need to do something about their accounting dept. It's really not that fun when you can't afford to pay your SEM accounts and go without making money for a week. What's even worse is when your Affiliate Manager straight asks you why you're not generating any leads those days.
I can't agree more its all about your affiliate manager with AzoogleAds. I think I got super lucky off the bat
I have to say that one of the things that in my own experience I have found sets Azoogle apart from other CPA networks are their affiliate managers. For me they have been one of the most important elements in making Azoogle what it is today. I have to say my affiliate managers have always been there for me every time I have needed them, and if there has ever been a misunderstanding between Azoogle and myself they have been quick to clear it. They have always attended well to my needs, they have always responded quickly and I always feel they honestly care for me and always do their best to help me increase profits. So in my humble opinion, what makes Azoogle one of the best CPA networks is the great support you get from affiliate managers. So, as I said before, without affiliate managers Azoogle wouldn't be half of what it is today. Cheers Gibran
My affiliate manager tries I think, but all you guys who talk so much about how you love your affiliate managers leaves me expecting more.
Well so far my experience with my affiliate manager has been none. I called him 5 times on different time and occassions to ask a few question, but never got no respone. I left messages on the phone, I sent emails, hell, I even downloaded Aol Im just to add him to it to see if I could catch him online, but no luck, he never accepted me into his im list. So far only support I am getting with azoogle is the support that I get in this forum from members like you guys. Its funny I taught I luck out because my rep is one of the rep that is always getting praised in this forum. Maybe I just don't make enough yet to warrant a call or even a chat with him. Stan
mine is cool... answered a few different questions i had... gotta fire off one now... being an international payment might be the main concern though in this OP topic
I'm still waiting for Oct - Dec payment. "I will check into that for you" was the last reply in February.
I actually asked my AM to send wire transfer for my 1st earning . But i didnot recieve the wire till 20th so i did contact my AM and he checked with accounting. He told me that check was sent out on 16th .. It would take 15 days to reach me . I told my AM to cancel the cheque and wire the payment . He then spoke with the accounting and the payment was wired the same day and i recieved it the next day. So It all Depends on your AM Is your AM Moufid Joundi ?
I think it may have something to do with how much money you make. I'm sure they get a percentage of what you make. I made 500 bucks my first month and didn't hear anything from my AM. I couldn't get a response to my e mails for weeks at a time. The next month, I made 8 times that much and when they mailed my check instead of sending it ACH, I had to go 5 days without a PPC budget. My affiliate manager was all over me asking why I wasn't sending leads all of the sudden. We were in contact every day.
That's what I was expecting, but gee, was I wrong. I have been waiting since March 14, and $450 is not such a small amount.
If individual account managers make so much difference in a network's performance then you have to say that the network sucks, and it's only some individual account managers that are great. Apparently the overall management at Azoogle is pretty weak if there is such disparity in experiences by publishers.
Agreed, now I am thinking "why the heck did I get stuck with this lousy rep?" I used to have a great one, Neil something, but he went somewhere else so I got a new rep and well... he's terrible. I once emailed him about a site that gets over 50k daily visitors and asking for his suggestions on which campaign to use. He sent me a lousy generic campaign just like "use this and stop bothering me".
I haven't spoke with mine all that much - but he seems pretty nice. My last affiliate manager, which was fired, was a total dick. Every reply was "heh", "let me look", "brb", "forwarded to xxxxx department", "not sure man". Anytime you get any of that, email alex, or contact him on aim (Azoogleads) and have them change your affiliate manager ASAP.
I have to agree with Ferrari. If you're having a problem with your AM, you have every right to to ask for a change. Right now, I'm ok with my AM. So far, so good. Also, I think many affiliate managers have to understand that many affiliates need more guidance than others. So, there's going to be a thousand questions asked, always a problem somewhere, etc. You just have to have the ability and skills to deal with these affiliates until they feel comfortable operating on their own two feet.
Hey guys, These kinds of threads are the ones that make me start yelling at people in the office, and I'm glad that this one got posted. Please email me directly at and let me know whom you are working with and whom you are unhappy with. You don't need to worry about "getting the person in trouble." With over 25 affiliate managers on staff, and new ones coming on, there are bound to be some people that are just less responsive than others, and thats a problem that we have to deal with. So, I would very much appreciate it if you could email myself, or (who heads up the affiliate group), and we will deal with it swiftly, and get you someone who will respond to you quickly. Thanks and apologies if your experience was in fact negative.
