What's your best customer service experience? Let's not talk about the bad ones. There are too many of them. One that I can't forget is when a train conductor mailed me a personal phone book I had left in the train. I am still impressed by that experience.
I found a piece of glass on my pasta in one restaurant. The Manager apologized to me, he was really sorry and I said its ok. But he insisted and gave me one lunch package free for a week.
Yea but there was no pasta in that lunch package. A pizza, fries, coke. Anyways I didn't go there after 2nd days cuz it was little far Water for Soda? thats really funny. btw congrats on your 1K posts
Lagahit, I didn't look at it as weird. Impressive, indeed. I just accepted that act of kindness as proof that we humans still have something good in our hearts. In spite of all the ugliness that we see everyday, a small act like that tells me that we still can believe in goodness in our fellow humans. Naivete? Maybe. But I'll take that naivete any day over cynicism. As for an outcome, well, I doubt that I'll ever hear or see that person for it's been years since that happened. Maybe she has done that more than once, who knows? I'll just look at the bright side.
