    hiyya!

I have a support ticket that is 3 days old now submitted to CJ. I'm fairly new to CJ affiliates, I was wondering what other users experience were of customer support with this company.

Hope i don't have to wait much longer :(

    Thanks, Debra

CJ's support is slow. Call them if it is urgent. Otherwise, just wait and they will answer it.

Yeah, CJ support is slow. It usually takes 3 or 4 days for them to get back to me. If you don't get a reply today I would either call them or write to them again.

I have three support tickets - 1 which is over 7 days old. They never seem to reply. It really sucks as at the moment I am having problems with payment. If anyone can provide me with a phone number in the UK I'd be grateful.

Their support really sucks. They need to get their act together.

    Just a quick follow up.

I'm still to hear from them, but the matter was related to payment in January in which everything went smoothly.

Still not very good customer service though (whats the point of their ticket system?), its a shame they are not as good as Shareasale.

I guess the bottom line is that they pay ontime and they did for me.

    Thanks anyway for your feedback.

CJ is garbage. I just tried logging into my account and it was deactivated! No warning. No email. My banners and everything have been running for somewhere between 1 day and 1 week (the last time I logged in.)

I just signed up with Shareasale and am currently avoiding CJ because of all of the negative stuff I'm hearing.

Companies like CJ don't shut down your account for no "good reason". If there was a mistake that you believe, then f'ing call them :). 99% of the time you did do something against their terms, and it's your fault for not reading and following them.

I called them once because I wasn't able to login to my account.

The lady that talked to me was very nice and helpful. That's just my experience.

Ive never heard of anyone just getting banned, unless they were banned before with the same SSN. You really need to mess up to get canned, too. It isn't like Adsense where they used to kick people out for excessive clicks from a random IP.. lol
