I'm looking to assemble a small team of customer service representatives. At least basic knowledge in PHP/CSS/HTML is a must. You must be a fluent english speaker, etc. At the moment, the job is quite small. It will only take about 30 minutes/day to do, tops. Your duty would be to answer support emails, post on the forums, and answer support tickets. You may occassionally need to debug various problems. I'm looking to pay a flat fee per fortnight, as well as variable fees depending on the level of activity. i.e. $x per posts, $x per email, $x per support ticket. It will only take roughly 2-2.5 hrs/week, so you're not going to become incredibly wealthy. However, you may deem it a nice little earner for some relatively easy work.
