Customer Service Rating Service

    I would really appreciate a memory-jog from DP-ers:

A few weeks ago I was looking at a service that allowed my customers to rate their purchases etc. and display a real-time rating on my site. At the time, I was not getting enough orders to trip the minimum threshold, but now I am ready to implement this... The only problem is that I have forgotten the location of the site! Does anyone have any idea what it could be? It seems to be like the Yahoo Store rating thingy, if that helps....

    Thanks!!

you need to do a pretty good volume for bizrate. I looked into it a while ago, but didnt have the # of sales they needed per month

Yes, I am hitting a similar problem. Although I theoretically do have enough sales per month, my customers do not seem to be as motivated to complete the rating as Bizrate says they should be, so I am not seeing much feedback.

I will keep the code on my thank you page for a few months, to see if I get enough ratings to have the customer approval graphic on my site. If not, then there is not much point as I already have good interactions with a lot of customers, so I know what they are feeling.

Carowan, you were right! Although I have more volume than I need (according to Bizrate), only 1 of my customers completed a feedback form in the last month! At this rate I will, (a) Learn nothing useful from them, and (b) not have a nice customer rating graphic to display on my site.

I guess the moral of the story is to take the supposed number of required orders and multiply by 10 - in other words, don't bother signing up unless you have very motivated customers and do more than 1000 orders business per month.
