It hasnt happened once but a large number of times. Anything you ask through email and you will recieve a standard reply with just the name of the person sending from some cheryl, peter, etc . The understanding of the situation is even more pathetic. And if you call again a representative sitting with no knowledge about what is being enquired just reading the FAQs back to me. Their dispute resolution is even more pathetic. Once my account got limited and i was sending my documents to them but needed to refund a payment first they never listened when i asked them to refund and closed the case saying i could keep the cash! The next time i asked the buyer to issue a claim and just didnt reply this time they told me they had thoroughly gone through the case and felt the need for a refund! Its time to change and i am looking at Alertpay. Anyone knows any good alternatives with a little more brain?

iama_gamer, you are true about paypal. Their customer service sucks too much. Most of the time they reply like a ROBOT. They don't understand the content of the support ticket and most of the time reply with "predefined replies". They should understand that there could be some different situations also which can't be dealt with "predefined replies". :(

Maybe the support staff that answer your called is new staff that why he cannot give your accurate info.
