Customer Relationship Management Software - Anyone?

Is anyone out there using a customer relationship software to manager their clients?

I am researching this investment for myself and found a great open source product from SugarCRM with one problem. The open source version doesn't allow for Quickbooks integration...so I would have to toggle between programs to create invoicing and check financials...they have an enterprise/professional version that has this feature but it is a 5 license minimum...and I am a one man show not willing to shell out $2500 for that.

Does anyone have any CRM w/quickbooks integration experience or advice they are able to share?

no, I am more looking for complete "client relationship management" software with quickbooks integration.

basically...a one stop shop for me to check status of all my clients, projects, invoices, accounting etc....

I have been using the InfoatHand version of SugarCRM for about 2 months now. I payed for this version because the owner Michael promised he would be shipping the "Quickbooks Plugin for Sugar" in two weeks so I could integrate my accounting and invoicing with quickbooks.

As of yet, the quickbooks plugin is not ready and I am not able to use Sugar Forge plugins like the Thunderbird Integration with Sugar so archive emails etc. I need to use a separate mail client with Sugar because the mail client that comes with it is below par.
