is it possiable to recognise the customer from his phone number .. i mean when a customer calls autmatically the system read his phone number then it wil match with the data base so when this employee answer this customer it directly open his page or his info.

Some people have toyed with something like that (since you can script the database on your own). What type of API are you using currently that you allow your phone to communicate with applications?

I have been trying to figure this out also, our phone system (using Cisco 7960 phones) allows a directory lookup of all your customers via a URL. Is there a URL that could link into a search page with filemaker? Our phone system also has web software written in flash to go to the customers account if you can direct it based on CallerID (again, is a URL sufficient to be able to pull up a users account on the web)?

Yeah, it could be done with a URL I suppose... as long as the phone number in Optigold ISP and your phone system is in the same format.
