    Hello

Just wondering if the dormant account policy starts when you fulfill the customer distribution policy?

or does it start as soon as you have made a sale?

    thanks

I think it's from the date of last sale (if you don't make a sale within 90 days of your last they start chipping away at your funds).

so really you need to make 3 to 5 sales every week to keep the money from going down?

Your income or your balance? So long as you make at least 1 sale every 90 days I think your balance protected from their dormant account deduction policy.

Of course the amount you make as an income totally different matter to the dormant account policy :).
