I think if you report it you both will lose the money and be banned.

Without a doubt Paypal will ban both users, they will keep ALL funds - as you have breached their terms and conditions.

Don't report to paypal. You are risking the funds in your paypal account as well.

this actually just happened to me. a buyer won my egold auction & paid by paypal. within hours of me transferring the egold, the buyer opened a claim. Then, they closed the claim but somehow made the payment "unauthorized." my account is limited (but not banned) and for all appearances, the buyer got his money back. Freakin scammer. I hope paypal banned him.

they will only "punish" the e-gold seller, the other one will get back his money. this is what i experienced on my own.

they'll just ban and block your account as well as the account of other person. so don't do it.

There is no "legit" PP-egold (or PP-anything) exchanger out there because exchanging ecurrencies is against PP TOS and their "biz" would be shut down within shortest time.

You should forget about that money and don't do such thing in future because currency exchange is not allowed by PP and if you file a dispute, you'll have to give details about transaction which might lead to whole account ban.
