Well his page is illegal for the fact he's covering the original myspace header. That's done with a div overlay though.

I could create something like this for you if you wanted. It's very easy to learn and do though

that page is done with a template and a top header not a div overlay, its not illegal as it still displays the banner ads just been pushed down, div overlays are easy to learn and do yeah but getting them to work in all browsers are annoying as...

just wanted to throw that in.

OK ,my bad, I just took a look at the coding and it is a div layout.

though the layout isn't much different to the default one, i think that would be possable with just some css coding.

bot? When I did myspace codes I was told to make layouts below a certain pixel on the page because its against Myspace TOS to cover the advertisements.

Besides that, the advertisements on his page aren't from myspace they're his own.

I'm pretty sure you can cover up what you like, provided you don't cover up the ad. I did read that they get a little funny if you don't give people the option to get back to myspace home, and to 'block' a user.

That new 'search' bar is a pain in the ass though. It messes up a whole load of myspace layouts I've done (see: http://www.myspace.com/nostarsnostripesexeter). You can do pretty much anything with a div layout and some hiding code, though. My own one is all on a div: http://www.myspace.com/allhailben

You can cover up anything apart from the advertisements. You also need to include a block button somewhere on your page.

I can create them, I would charge to do it though. Also, there are a bunch free on my website: Free Div Layouts (they just arn't personalised, which would be the case if I was commissioned to make one).
