Custom WP theme

    looking for a custom wp theme. wanna have rights to these templates. i'm a web designer but don't know how to develop strictly in css.

    can someone recommend me going somewhere to find some custom wp themes?

    You don't develop strictly in CSS. You use it in combination with HTML.

    How much HTML experience do you have? Specifically with semantic markup (and I don't mean "tables for layout" either)?

    i know html and wp well. enough to build anything i want. however, i don't know how to implement a randomn design i've done into a WP theme.

    plus i don't have time right now...i just want to hire someone who can design 1 template for me and then go from there.
