    I have an excellent Wordpress theme developer on my team who is looking for some extra work. She has done several hundred themes for myself in the past and is looking for some additional work to help her pay a few bills.

    She will create you a custom Wordpress theme on the subject of your choice and to your specifications with a unique header graphic and a unique design. You will have complete rights to the design and she will not sell the design anywhere else - is is yours and yours alone to do with as you please.

    She's charging you $50 for the theme with turnaround in 48-72 hours, though if you want it quicker, please let me know as she'll meet your timescales.
