Buying Custom Wordpress Theme

    I am in need of a custom Wordpress Theme.

    You must design the project on your own servers, and I will only pay after delivery to prevent any scams.

    I will pay through PayPal, or if you have an account with Scriptlance, GetAFreelancer, or another freelancer site through them (if you are more comfortable with that.)

    Please also be available for a phone interview so I can verify you understand the project.

    I am looking for a long term relationship with a quality designer; this project should be simple.

    Your project seems interesting to me, but frankly I just can do the web design only not with coding process..Otherwise you like to hire separate designer and coder, maybe you can consider me as your designer :)
