It will have custom categories, custom field types, custom post types, 1-5 star rating system Also hosts coupons which expire after expiration dates and should be marked as INACTIVE after expired. It is going to be a hosting reviews and coupons theme with rating system. I have a PSD converted to HTML5 CSS3 for the front page. Need custom Theme Options panel in WP Admin to fine tune site settings, SEO and add custom content, custom categories , ratings etc. Need someone experienced with Wordpress Custom Theme coding only. Need to be compatible with latest WP version and have all general theme options available in most premium themes.
