Buying Custom Wordpress theme coder for hire!!!!!!!

    I need someone to make me a custom wordpress theme for a website I need to make. I am willing to pay 25$ via paypal for the theme and I may bay a bit higher if the coder is good enough and I must get unlimited revisions for the theme. I will only pay when I am fully satisfied and I might put some money down once the coder shows progress. I need this done in a week or so. pm me with any questions and more details on the website if you want.
