Buying custom wordpress theme and coder

    I'm looking for some one can create me a custom Property Listing Wordpress theme.

    Must :
    1. Simple and clean but work with most logo.
    2. Custom Search (base on custom field)
    3. Custom post page.
    4. Custom login page.


    Can have a look of sample idea here.
