Custom Wordpress plugin or widget needed

    I need a plugin or widget created that will display a quote of the day from an excel file or text file on my server. Code needs to be easy to install and ran from my hosting, not a 3rd party program. This will be ran on WordPress. Post or PM me your price and time line.
