Buying Custom Wordpress Login Page + Forgot Password Page

    Hey! I want a custom wordpress login page done. Just want to replace the logo and have a script that randomly adds 1 out of 15 cartoon images next to the login box.

    Also would like to customize the Forgot password page. let me know if you can help and how much.
    I already have the design I want in PSD
