Buying Custom WHMCS Development Work - 2 Addon/Additions

Hello Guys,

We currently use WHMCS for our client management system. However, it seems as though there are two things that are missing from the system that we don't currently see addon/plugins for, so it looks like we need to get them custom developed.

Development #1 - We need to allow our customers to upload a file (say a spreadsheet) when they place an order. As we are currently providng writing services, so it would be good if they could upload their article instructions when creating the order. So we need a file attachment option to be there, and it needs to email us like it normally would and include that attachment in the email.

Development #2 - There are companies out there, that when you go to pay for their products/services that also allow you to select a charity and apply a specific donation to that specific charity as well. There is currently no option for this, so we need this option created so our customers can choose a charity to donate to (the charities will be manually inputted in the backend), anytime that they pay an invoice, this donation option needs to be on all invoices.
