    JW Player is an awesome flash-based HTML5 supported player that is very easy to skin, even for someone without any serious development experience. My recommendation would be at least to look into it before hiring out for this kind of thing.

    yup as devswift said JWPlayer is one of the best, if not the best out there, and has a bunch of plugins for advertising and such
