I basically want a custom video made to promote my site and posted on all good media sites e.g youtube.com, dailymotion etc. No original content required..just collections of pictures on the internet i'll explain later on..the task might take a bit of time as it isn't a simple see the video mash it up with a new soundtrack type thing, so if you're inexperienced with this sorta stuff it might not be for you.
