Hello there, I would like to offer my vBulletin skinning knowledge for a low price I am willing to design and code a skin for YOU for the low price of 50$. The conditions are you MUST give me a site to base the colors, and style off of. If you do not have a site with the colors or style you wish to have your forum, I can still make a skin for you! But it is going to cost a bit more. Banners may be extra, depending on the complexity of the banner wanted. I can also code SOME pre-designed skins, not all. This price would be dependant on the particular skin shown.
